The designs – art, graphics, assets – we create are mostly going to be licensed by our clients.  That’s why every single pixel that we use has to be original, no using anything ” got this from the internet.” Which makes the explosion of NFTs even more interesting. Quite honestly, I am no expert in that category. Even after attending/watching a panel put on by the Licensing International, I can see that when it comes to copyright, we still have to wait and see how the cards land. This article on Hypebeast illustrates the latter point. Are NFTs a fad or are they here to stay? Time will tell. Let’s regroup next year on that subject!
